How can you offer the majority of your services for free?
In the same way that a travel agent can book your flights or holiday without charging you, we can organise/book your conference/event. Venues and other suppliers pay agents a commission which comes out of their marketing budgets. This is therefore not added on to the cost of your event.

Call4Conference is 100% an independent company. Our clients interests are foremost, and therefore we can provide our clients with guidance on location, facilities, and costings according to their needs.
